The “Information Security Guide for Small Business” is written by the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT), the Technology Crime Division, Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) and the Office of Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) of the HKSAR Government. The objective of the guide is to provide a concise guideline to small and medium enterprise users who need to manage the information security threats everyday with limited resources.
